Riverside Nature View Camp – Refund and Returns Policy

Booking and Payment:

Advance Payment: Camps require a 50% minimum advance payment of the total package cost, to confirm your booking. This can often be paid via online transfers or mobile payment apps.

Booking Confirmation: After receiving your advance payments, we provide Camp Booking Voucher or email detailing your booking, including camp address, manager’s contact information, and check-in/check-out dates.

Camp Check-In and Check-Out:

Standard Times: Check-in is 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure: –

 In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges 20% (Of total amounts) would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: –

• 30 Days in advance 25% Cancellation charge
• 15 Days in advance 50% Cancellation charge
• Less than 10 days / No Show 100% Cancellation charge

In case of special train journeys, flight bookings, packages with government accommodation and peak season hotel/camping/resorts bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required). In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be as our camp policy.

 

Camp Refund Processing:

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days of confirmation of cancellation.

Please note that all guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected cancellations. Riverside Nature View Camp is not responsible for personal circumstances that lead to cancellations or changes in plans.
